How Do I Select My Size?

If the product comes in multiple sizes, there should be a dropdown menu on the product page that will allow you to select your size. Select the size you want and then tap Buy.

Some products may be one-size only. If so, you do not need to select a size and can tap Buy.

You can check the information listed in the description of the product for sizing information and measurements. This description is underneath the main image of the product.

If there is no sizing information listed, you can complete the order and then contact the store to request your size.

Where is my tracking number?
If your item was shipped From Out Via USPS. Please allow up to 6 business days for a  tracking number to appear. if your tracking number is still not show by then, your package may have been shipped using a shipping method that doesn't provide a tracking number. Not to Worry! Your package should still arrive by the delivery estimate listed above.

Why is my tracking page is not working?
Your order is either currently in transit overseas or has not yet reached your destination country. Some tracking services cannot track your package until it is in your country. Please allow a few days for the tracking page to be updated.

If My Order Was Canceled Or Refunded, How Do I Receive My Refund?

Wish will refund to the original payment method you used for your order.

If you paid by credit or debit card, the amount you paid will be refunded directly to your card. You may see a pending charge that will soon disappear, or you will first see a charge and then a refund. While a refund from Mr Alfred Shop is immediate, it can take up to 10 business days for your payment method to fully process the release.

If you paid by PayPal, the amount you paid will be refunded to the PayPal account you used within 3 days. You can log in to your PayPal account to verify the refund.

Please note that Mr Alfred Shop is unable to refund to a payment method that you did not use for your order, such as by check or to a different card.
